Consultants typically work in a number of projects, their role matched with their seniority level. Very often they act as project lead and are thus the primary contact between the institute and the customer. It is expected that consultants also secure new projects by participating in the acquisition of new projects.

Business Area Managers are responsible for the acquisition and management of projects within their business area. In a number of projects they also act as senior consultants and are responsible for the customers in their business area.
